Processing time

Every order is hand-packed to order in London. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for your order to be processed before it ships.

UK shipping

We ship within the UK via Royal Mail. Standard delivery typically takes 2 to 4 business days after dispatch. Shipping is free on UK orders over £20.

International shipping

For international orders, delivery times and any customs or import charges vary by destination and are the responsibility of the customer. Please check your country's import regulations before ordering, as flavoured sugar products may be subject to additional checks in some countries.

Order tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Storage on arrival

Flavoured sugar is shelf stable and does not require refrigeration. For the best texture and flavour, store your pouch in a cool, dry place once it arrives.
