UK shipping rates
• Standard: £1.99 via Royal Mail, typically 2 to 4 working days after dispatch.
• Express: £3.99 via Royal Mail.
• Free standard shipping on all UK orders over £20.
Processing time
Every order is hand-packed to order in London and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days.
International shipping
EU delivery is £8.99. Rest of world is £10.99. Delivery times and any customs or import charges vary by destination and are the responsibility of the customer. Please check your country’s import regulations before ordering, as flavoured sugar products may be subject to additional checks in some countries.
Order tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Storage on arrival
Flavoured sugar is shelf stable and does not require refrigeration. For the best texture and flavour, store your pouch in a cool, dry place once it arrives.
