Questions

How many drinks does one pouch make?

A 100g pouch is roughly 25 teaspoons, so about 25 drinks, or a good number of rimmed glasses. That works out around 20p a drink.

Why does it have malic acid in it?

Malic acid is a natural fruit acid, the same one found in apples, and it gives the sugar a brighter, more balanced tartness closer to biting into an actual strawberry, rather than tasting flat and purely sweet.

Will it work for rimming a glass?

Yes, it is built for it. Wet the rim, dip it in the sugar, and it holds its texture rather than dissolving into a sticky mess the way syrup would.

How should I store it?

Keep it sealed in a cool, dry place. Once opened, popping the pouch inside an airtight container helps it stay loose for longer.
