How to use it

Stir a spoonful into hot milk, or into a brewed black tea with milk, for a chai latte at home with no syrup pump.
Add it to your coffee for a dirty chai: espresso, steamed milk and a spoonful of Spiced Chai.
Sprinkle over porridge, buttered toast or banana bread, or swap it into baking that calls for muscovado or brown sugar.

Questions

Is there tea in the pouch?

No. Spiced Chai is sugar and spices only. Brew your own black tea and stir a spoonful in, or use it in milk, coffee, porridge and baking.

How many drinks does one pouch make?

A 100g pouch is roughly 25 teaspoons, so about 25 drinks if you take one spoon. That works out around 20p a cup.

Does it dissolve like normal sugar?

Yes. Muscovado is a soft, moist sugar that dissolves readily in hot drinks. Expect a slightly deeper colour than white sugar, and a few fine flecks of spice.

How should I store it?

Keep it sealed in a cool, dry place. Once opened, popping the pouch inside an airtight container helps it stay loose for longer.

Is it vegan?

Yes, every ingredient in Spiced Chai is plant based.
